Develop confident touch using the sole of the foot to pull the ball back and redirect.
Stand with the ball under your foot.
Pull the ball back with the sole, then push it forward and to the side with the inside of the same foot — tracing a V shape.
Do 20 reps with the right foot, then 20 with the left.
Progress to alternating feet each rep.
Call it the "letter V" — trace a V on the ground with the ball.
Develop rhythmic close control using alternating inside and outside touches.
Improve first-touch softness and overall feel for the ball through juggling.
Improve close ball control and change of direction at speed.
