Execute a double scissors feint to unbalance a defender before accelerating.
Set up a defender cone 3 yards ahead.
Approach at moderate pace and swing right foot over the ball (first scissors).
Immediately swing left foot over the ball (second scissors).
Push the ball to the side with the outside of your dominant foot and accelerate.
Repeat 10 times each side.
Master the scissors move to unbalance a defender and create space.
Drop the shoulder to send a defender the wrong way.
Use a rotational step over the ball to unbalance a defender.
