Master the scissors move to unbalance a defender and create space.
Place a cone as a standing defender, 2 yards in front of the player.
Approach the cone at a jog, then step over the ball with one foot (the feint).
Push the ball in the opposite direction with the outside of the other foot.
Accelerate away. Repeat 10 times then switch lead foot.
Slow the approach right down until the footwork is clean before adding speed.
