Practise switching between wide, open dribbling and tight, compact control in a confined channel.
Set up a 20-yard course: first 10 yards has cones 5 yards apart (wide), last 10 yards has cones 1 yard apart (narrow channel).
Dribble fast and freely through the wide section.
Shorten your touch and lower your centre of gravity entering the narrow section.
Exit and turn, dribbling back.
Complete 8 reps.
Improve close ball control and change of direction at speed.
Beat defenders by deliberately slowing down then exploding past them.
Dribble at full speed in a straight line while maintaining control.
