Control the ball with the first touch and pass with the second to build a clean receive-and-release habit.
Partners stand 8 yards apart.
Player A passes to Player B.
Player B controls with their first touch (settling the ball close), then passes back with their second touch.
Player A does the same. Continue for 60 seconds.
Each pair counts consecutive two-touch passes without a mistake.
Let them take three touches if two is too hard at first. Count out loud: "touch — pass!" every rep to build the rhythm.
