Pass and receive using the inside of the foot with a partner.
Place two cones 8 yards apart. Partners stand at each cone facing each other.
Player A passes to Player B using the inside of the foot.
Player B stops the ball with the inside of the foot and passes back.
Continue for 60 seconds, then rest and repeat 3 times.
Count how many passes you make without the ball going wide.
Start at 6 yards. Encourage them to shout their partner's name before passing so they learn to communicate.
Execute the 1-2 combination pass at pace to beat a simulated defender.
Aim passes accurately through small cone gates to develop directional passing.
Control the ball with the first touch and pass with the second to build a clean receive-and-release habit.
