Develop passing habits by passing the ball and immediately following it to the next station.
Set up two lines of players facing each other, 8 yards apart.
The first player in Line A passes to the first player in Line B, then jogs to the back of Line B.
The player in Line B receives, passes to the next player in Line A, then jogs to the back of Line A.
Continue so the ball and players alternate between lines.
Run for 90 seconds, rest 30 seconds, and repeat.
Let the first few rounds be purely about movement pattern — accuracy will follow. Walk through "pass, then run to the other line" before any ball is used.
Pass and receive using the inside of the foot with a partner.
Keep the ball moving around a triangle to practice weight and direction of passes.
Execute the 1-2 combination pass at pace to beat a simulated defender.
