Objective
Develop the habit and technique of passing with one touch.
Instructions

Partners stand 10 yards apart.
- 2
Pass back and forth one-touch only — no controlling touch allowed.
- 3
Focus on setting the foot early and meeting the ball firmly.
- 4
Complete 40 consecutive one-touch passes as a target.
Coaching Points
- ✓ Set your body shape before the ball arrives — do not wait.
- ✓ Strike through the centre of the ball with a firm ankle.
- ✓ Aim for your partner's front foot, not their body.
Variations
- → Increase distance to 15 yards.
- → Add movement — both players take one step sideways after each pass.
